DAY 1: PICK UP ON ARRIVAL IN HO CHI MINH
( SAI GON ) -
CITY TOUR
On arrival at Tan San Nhat Airport, you are
met and transferred to hotel. Ho Chi Minh City
is a center of commerce, finance, culture and
tourism in Vietnam. This bustling metropolis,
contradiction of its northern counterpart, is
crowded with bikes and motorbikes, excited by
numerous shopping area and sidewalk cafés. (If
time permits) we stroll around the down town
to explore the different local ways of life.
Overnight in Ho Chi Minh.
DAY 2: HANOI CITY TOUR & VISIT CU CHI TUNNELS B)
The sightseeing tour acquaints us with some
major sights of the city. We pass the
now-demolished wartime American Embassy before
we visit the Reunification Palace which was
the former residence of the President of South
Vietnam until end of April 1975, and some
French colonial structures including the Notre
Dame Cathedral, the Old Sai Gon Post Office.
After seeing the Jade Emperor Pagoda and the
War Remnant Museum, we continue our trip on to
the bustling Ben Thanh Market where anything
and everything is for sale. We then drive this
afternoon, to explore the Cu Chi Tunnels, an
incredible underground tunnel network
of
approximately 200 kilometers
constructed by Vietnamese fighters during the
long struggle for independence. Overnight in

DAY 3: HO CHI MINH TO MEKONG BOATTRIP
- (B/L)
Heading out of the town, we travel by road to My Tho
Province. On arrival, we embark on a boat
navigating around the small canals in the
Mekong Delta, which is a great way to observe
the local lifestyle close-up. We pass through
the lush green vegetation before arriving at
an orchard where there are some opportunities
to visit the various fascinating local
industries. After feasting on a huge lunch
followed with seasonal fruits, we return to Ho
Chi Minh, stopping off along the way to see
the beautiful Ving Trang Pagoda and the Cho
Lon,
Saigon’s Chinatown, which is crammed with
fascinating temples and mysterious, narrow
lanes.

DAY 4 : HO CHI MINH FLIGHT TO DANANG - HOI AN

After breakfast, we take a short flight to
Da Nang. The sightseeing tour of central
Vietnam begins with Hoi An which was
originally a Cham seaport but has been
influenced down centuries by a myriad of
traders from various cultures. The
tranquillity and charm of Hoi An with its low
tiled houses and assembly halls scattered
along the small streets make it one of the
most delightful places to visit in Vietnam.
After checking into hotel, we will have time
strolling around the town, to explore the
lively market and visit the famous Japanese
Covered Bridges, the temples and pagodas of
Chinese appearance. Overnight in Hoi An. (B)
DAY 5 : HOI AN - TO DANANG - TO HUE (B)
Upon leaving Hoian, we drive north to
Hue, the former imperial capital of Vietnam.
Along the way, we make stopover at the
sensational MarbleMountains
and the China Beach before arriving in Danang
City for a visit to the Cham Museum, home to
Vietnam's largest collection of Cham treasures. We then follow the road hugging the central coast before crossing over
the scenic Hai Van Pass and dropping down to
the fishing villages of Lang Co. On arrival in
Hue, we visit the Citadel and the Purple
Forbidden City. This royal residence was all
but destroyed during the 1968 Tet Offensive;
however it is still fascinating to walk among
the ruins. Overnight in Hue. (B)
DAY 6 : HUE VISIT (B)
The beautiful pagoda of Thien Mu which now
becomes the symbol of Hue
and the elaborate royal tomb of Emperor Tu Duc
are not to be missed. We include these in a
guided cruise on the Perfume
River which also gives us a taste of the
scenic countryside as well as an enjoyable
visit to the mausoleum of Emperor Minh Mang,
in a tranquil setting of gardens and lakes. On
return to the city, we then take a walk to the
bustling Dong Ba Market and pass many
fantastic eating spots where visitors have a
chance to sample some local delicacies.

DAY 7 : HUE FLIGHT TO HANOI FOR
VISIT CITY TOUR (B)
There is free time for your own exploration of
the town and catching up on some shopping
areas before you take a flight north. Ha
Noi,
Vietnam's capital, is a stylish and gracious
city that retains an unique old world charm
and some Asia ‘s most striking colonial
architecture. After checking into hotel, we
have time visiting the beautiful lake
of Hoan Kiem with its sacred temple, the
picturesque West
Lake and the Dong Xuan Market. In the late
afternoon we take a short cyclo ride around
the old quarter streets, seeing the different
local ways of life. Overnigh in Ha Noi.(B)
DAY 8 : HANOI FOR VISIT CITY
TOUR - THEN TO HA LONG BAY (B)
Today, we start our city tour with a visit to Ho
Chi Minh Complex, containing the mausoleum of
the nation’s founder Ho Chi Minh, the Presidence
Palace, Ho Chi Minh’s house on stilts and the
One Pillar Pagoda, whose origins date back to
the foundation of Hanoi. We then continue our
trip to the Temple
of Literature, well known as Vietnam’s first
university and the HistoryMuseum
that displays an excellent collection of
artifacts illustrating the Vietnamese history.
Heading out of town, we make our way to Halong
Bay with stopover at Dong Trieu pottery
village. Overnight in HaLong.(B)
DAY 9 : HA LONG BAY BOAT TRIP CRUISE TO HAI PHONG - NINH BINH - TAM COC

After breakfast, we take a five hour boat trip
around Halong Bay, which provides a great
opportunity to explore the picturesque scenery
blending with the sky and some 3,000 limestone
islands rising amazingly from the clear and
emerald water. Along the way, we will anchor
for a leisurely swim in a secluded cove and an
enjoyable visit to one of many beautiful
caves. A seafood lunch on board is some
excitement of the trip. We then continue trip
driving to hai Phong then to Ninh Binh - Tam
Coc . on arriving in time for check in
hotel O/N in Tam Coc .
DAY 10 : BOAT TRIP IN TAM TAM COC & HOA
LU - HANOI (B)
Morning after breakfast in
Tam Coc, then take a boat trip on a
river through “ Ha Long inland” - the quiet
and peaceful landscape of rice fields
surrounded by limestone formations to visit
three grottoes of Tam Coc and then continue to
Transfer to Hoa Lu, the sight of Vietnam's
capital during 10th and 11th century. Visit of
Dinh and Le Temples Drive back to Ha Noi .
